Refund Policy

Subscription expenses correspond entirely to the digital provisioning of SaaS software resources and analytical compute access. Because access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, all sales are generally final.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are exclusively evaluated in the following verified scenarios:
- Duplicate payment processing — where the same transaction was charged more than once due to a technical error.
- Complete server-side failure — where Rhino Algo's infrastructure failed entirely to deliver any service access after payment was confirmed.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, partial use of the subscription period, dissatisfaction with trading results, or any outcome arising from the user's own strategy configurations.
How to Request a Refund
- All requests must be formally filed with our helpdesk within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Requests must include: your registered email address, the transaction ID or payment reference, and a brief description of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No Financial Liability
Rhino Algo assumes no liability for financial losses arising from trading decisions, strategy configurations, API disconnections, or any platform behavior. Subscription fees cover SaaS infrastructure access only and are entirely separate from any trading outcomes.
